IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
There is no minimum order size however if delivery is required a minimum of 10 bales must be ordered.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE BALES?
The bales are conventional hay bales. They are roughly 1m(long) x 0.5m(wide) x 0.4m(high).
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Once your order is confirmed an invoice will be sent in the month leading up to your event. Payment should be on delivery or via bank transfer beforehand. Any orders over 50 bales we may ask for a deposit.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE BALES ARE DELIVERED?
As standard we will drop the hay bales off at the delivery location. If the bales can easily be put into your desired location then we are more than happy to assist with this. However, if there is a large number of bales which need to be carried a long way or access is difficult then an extra cost will be necessary.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A BALE GETS BROKEN WHILE BEING HIRED?
If a bale has been broken when we return to collect the bales then we will take the bale away but there will be an additional charge. We advise you to carry the bales with both strings to reduce the chances of this happening.
